My association with Reliance General Insurance has been for long since I purchased my car insurance. My insurance was about to expire, and I was travelling and happen to go on the Reliance General Insurance website, and it was as simple as few clicks and that was done. As a family man, we keep travelling a lot across the country with my kids, and having a cashless service at so many different locations always helps and gives me a feel that I have been taken care of if things go wrong. I have opted for zero debt insurance, it covers all my claims at the original value and not at the depreciated value.

When I compared coverages of Reliance Travel Insurance to other products, it was very good and it came at cheapest cost to me. With Reliance General, I have also taken some other insurances, so I was very confident that they will settle my claim in a timely fashion. I was surprised that Reliance travel policy covered me for pre-exisiting diseases too, as not many companies cover that.

I opted for Reliance HealthGain because it offered special plan for single woman and a discount on the annual premium, which worked for me. I had a couple of instances where i had to interact with their customer service department. Their approach is very professional and quite satisfactory. We got cashless settlement and approvals immediately. I know wherever I go, I am take care of.

I am the owner of Tata Safari Dicor bearing registration no MH02BM9612, my said vehicle has been stolen on 14/09/2014. I filed FIR with Oshiwara Police Station and lodged claim with Reliance General Insurance on same day and submitted papers on 15/09/2014. My claim got settled on 07/10/2014. I would appreciate prompt action taken by Mrs. R. Lakshmi, Mr. Sharat Parihar, Mr. Pravin Gaikwad and Mr. V. Tushar, in settling the claim.
