We always believe in making health a priority, and what better way to get healthy than to combine fitness and fun. To keep the employees fit and to inculcate a habit of being active, we have the Go-Fit group that hosts a number of fitness challenges. The Go-Fit Premier League and Reliance Runner’s League (mainly focuses on Marathons) are the most sought-after events organised by this group.

What’s better than Cricket to bring all the employees together? Reliance Cricket Champions League is held every year, where five teams from each of the five zones battle against each other to win the champions league title.

Playing sports can make you healthier and happier. At Reliance General Insurance Company Limited, every Friday is Fitness Friday where our employees engage in some physical sports such as football, basketball, dodgeball, etc.

We strongly believe that our employees’ family is the backbone of their success. It is due to their support and understanding that they are able to balance between the work and family demands. We organise several family meet-ups to extend our deepest gratitude to all the families for being a pillar of strength for our employees.

We also have a Take-A-Break (TAB) group that organises festival celebrations, annual picnics, indoor and online games, etc.

Birthdays are meant to be special. To foster feelings of cohesiveness and team spirit, monthly birthdays are celebrated across every branch office in Reliance General Insurance Company Limited. What's even better is that each employee receives birthday wishes and gift on their birthday from the CEO; we also offer them an optional leave.

We believe in an open and transparent work culture. This is best displayed through our CEO webcast where our CEO helms a webcast at the end of each quarter in presence of the entire leadership team, to openly discuss strategic decisions and plan that may impact jobs or skills that will be required in future.
